Bespoke Experiences
At an additional cost, equipment such as binoculars, cameras (with lenses) and golf clubs are available for hire. At a fee, WiFi is also available on tour for your convenience.
Transfers
Any pick-up and drop-off within a radius of our offices in Bryanston, Gauteng Province of South Africa.
One to four passengers, indicative pricing as follows:
Based on a maximum of four passengers, each with a standard suitcase and hand luggage as specified by most airlines (trailer hire can be arranged if necessary).
Round trip (our offices to pick-up to drop-off and return to our offices):
- Less than 100kms – single R850 and R100 per additional person
- 100 to 200kms – single R1100 and R120 per additional person
- 200 to 300kms – single R1400 and R150 per additional person
- 300 to 400kms – single R1800 and R180 per additional person
- Above 400kms – separate quote.
Four passengers, indicative pricing as follows:
Based on a maximum of seven passengers, each with a standard suitcase and hand luggage as specified by most airlines (trailer hire can be arranged if necessary).
Round trip (our offices to pick-up to drop-off and return to our offices):
- Less than 100kms – R1700
- 100 to 200kms – R2000
- 200 to 300kms – R2500
- 300 to 400kms – R3500
- Above 400kms – Separate quote.
Examples of distances for transfers with start and end at our offices:
Pick-up at Montecasino, drop-off at Lesedi Cultural Village and Lodge is less than 100kms.
Pick up at Montecasino, drop-off at Dinokeng Game Reserve is between 100 and 200kms.
Pick up at Montecasino, drop off at Lesedi and then drop-off at Ivory Tree Lodge in Pilanesberg Game Reserve is between 300 and 400kms.

Above prices are per person and include entry to sites where separate charges are levied. Refreshments and meals are for individual account and are available at a selection of the above destinations.
Above packages are based on a minimum of 8 hours for the tour. Should you prefer to select only one of the suggested options, costs per person would be 60% of the quoted amount per person and the tour is limited to a maximum of five hours.
Starting times from your accommodation for the above will be 08h30 each day.
Sporting Experiences – When available as scheduled events:
Super Rugby or Currie Cup Rugby at Emirates Airline Park (Johannesburg) or Loftus Versfeld Stadium (Pretoria), inclusive of pre-game snacks, tickets, replica rugby jersey and return transfers, for the amount of R3500pp.
Golf and craft brewery – a round of golf at a top golf course, followed by lunch and beer tasting at a craft brewery, for the amount of R3500pp.
Cricket at the Wanderers Bull Ring or Centurion Stadium – Test match, T20 or ODI matches (open-stand tickets included), for the amount of R2000pp.
